Our Building Process
After Council Approval has been granted we order the materials. We then liaise with the concreter to ensure that the slab is down and has time to cure before building begins. Our usual project turnaround is about eight weeks. Alternate timelines may need to be considered if your project includes more extensive building elements such as electrical and plumbing work or council delays.

Material Delivery
Depending on the project location, we deliver the materials either to the site or to our yard. We also deliver windows, insulation, access doors, screws and anything else you need.
Permits
After material delivery, our build crew will begin work as soon as possible. A new timeline may need to be established at the start of the building phase if there have been any unforeseen delays.
