Platinum Package
Let Great Value Garages take the hassle away. For our platinum customers, we provide all necessary permits, supervision of building works (including earthworks and concrete), stormwater connections, rubbish removal and Home Building Compensation Fund insurance (for projects over $20,000). Our team will organise all electrical and plumbing work, handle the full process from permit application to final council inspection, leave you with peace of mind having a licensed builder managing every facet of the project and we will quote the project specifically to your requirements after a site inspection.
Gold Package
This is the industry standard, whereby you take on the project as an ‘owner builder’. This option provides significant cost savings over the platinum services and gives you the opportunity to do part of the required work yourself. As owner-builder, you manage the project, but we are always here to assist if needed. We offer a quote that includes a kit, erection, and concrete estimate so that you can be sure that the project fits your budget. Our team will assist with completing council permit application forms if needed. We will provide a quote on behalf of the concreter who will confirm the price after a site inspection. Our team will recommend concreters who are licenced, insured and adhere to our policies for high standards of workmanship and safety. You will be responsible for submitting council paperwork, arranging electrical and storm water connections and arranging the final council inspection. Gold Plus Package
Included all the benefits of the Gold Package, but we will prepare and submit council paperwork and issue an insurance certificate where appropriate.

Kit Only Package
We will organise the complete kit to be delivered in full to your site. You will receive a set of job specific plans and an instruction manual as well as a link to the YouTube installation video. We also have a construction manager available during working hours who can assist and advise via phone. He is more than happy to spend some time with you or your builder prior to commencement to talk you through the erection.
